EBR Implementation Plan

Middle School: During the 2018-2019 school year, EBR training and professional development took place with all middle school teachers. During the 2019-20 school year, EBR will be implemented in all middle school classrooms with continued professional development, coaching, and support for all teachers.

 

High School: During the 2018-2019 school year, English, Science, World Language, and CTE implemented EBR in one or two courses, but not all courses. The remaining departments took the 2018-19 school year to prepare one or two of their courses for the transition to EBR.  During professional development days throughout the year, Science, English, World Language, and CTE prepared their remaining courses for the transition to EBR.

 

During the 2019-2020 school year, Science, English, World Language and CTE will be fully implemented in their EBR practices. Social studies, Math, Fine Arts, and PE will implement the course(s) they have prepared the previous year. Continued professional development, coaching, and support will take place for all teachers implementing EBR and creating courses for the 2019-2020 school year.

 

2020-21 - All departments will fully implement all courses as EBR with continued professional development, coaching, and support for all teachers.
